Ifonche: zig zag of 7km trekking up the first waterfall that extends until barranco del infierno.
Roque del Conde: Walk 6km in one of the oldest place Tenerife massive battle between the conquistadors and Guanche in 1496, archaeological site with remains of more than 7 million years.
Paragliding: You can fly in a glider over the sites (barranco del infierno, roque del conde and Ifonche) and thus have a different point of view on these sites and on the beaches of southern Tenerife, possibility in tandem, taking pictures or video.

Diving: There are numerous dive centers that will train you as a diving newcomer; they will take you to see the underwater fauna (bars, rays, sea turtles, fish endemic to the islands) or try the famous "bob diving" and modern underwater scooter techniques, fun of traditional scuba diving: exploring deep sea water with less effort.
Deep sea fishing: go navigate in boats equipped with fishing gear, licenses and permits, meals and beverages, and a guide for fishing for blue Merlin (the biggest sample was 500kg), Go for Tuna (the most important migration flow line for Atlantic tuna fish is passing by the Canary coast).
